James DiCosmo

James DiCosmo, Managing Director of Finance & Administration, is responsible for leading DREAM’s Finance, IT, Administration, Facility, and Real Estate functions across the organization. James’s tenure at DREAM began by providing analytical support during the annual budget process, where he quickly saw DREAM’s positive impact on its young people. Prior to DREAM, James traded US Credit at Whitaker Securities, a boutique New York-based brokerage firm. James received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Leadership Studies from Williams College.
