Kale Blackshear

Kale Blackshear is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and leadership. Currently serving as a 4th Grade Teacher Leader at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) since August 2022, Kale previously held the position of 2nd Grade Teacher at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools from June 2016 to January 2023, and served as an EIP Teacher in the Early Intervention Program at Gideons Elementary from August 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, Kale gained valuable experience as the Healthy Lifestyle Director/Program Specialist at the Boys & Girls Club from August 2013 to June 2016. Kale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Management from Morehouse College, completed in 2013, and is a graduate of Piedmont Academy.
