Karina Lopez

Karina Lopez has a diverse work experience with a focus on student and family affairs, program coordination, and social and emotional learning. Karina started their career as a Program Coordinator at El Puente from June 2013 to June 2016. Karina then joined the Public Preparatory Network, where they held various roles including Program Coordinator from July 2016 to May 2018. Karina was later promoted to Assistant Director of Student and Family Affairs from May 2018 to June 2020, and finally served as the Director of Student and Family Affairs from July 2020 to July 2023. Currently, they are working at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) as the Director of SEL and Community since July 2023.

Karina Lopez earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The City College of New York, studying from 2009 to 2013.
