Michael Ho

Michael Ho is currently the Senior Director of Data and Assessment at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI), where they lead a central data team supporting over 2,500 students across seven schools. With over ten years of experience in education data, they have developed a modern data infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency and academic progress. Previously, Michael served as the Deputy Director of Research and Analytics for the New York City Department of Education, where they oversaw analyses of student data for 1.1 million students. They hold a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
