Wayne Leung

Wayne Leung is the Managing Director of IT, and is responsible for driving technology, cybersecurity, and systems strategies across the organization. Wayne’s tenure at DREAM started in 2018 when he successfully led the strategic technology initiatives across the organization. Since then, his team’s work expanded dramatically during the pandemic, when they had to reimagine how they used technology to work with each other and the youth practically overnight. His continued goal is to make sure the organization is resourced and leveraging technology to make the greatest impact—something that he and his team will need to sustain and build on as they scale the network infrastructure to support DREAM’s growth. He is a product of New York City public schools and a graduate of the State University of New York, Stony Brook.
