Anuj Gupta

Anuj Gupta is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering roles, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Dream11 since December 2018. In this role, Anuj leads a team of approximately 40 engineers to deliver product features and manage complex technical projects, notably ensuring a seamless gameplay experience for 15 million concurrent users during the IPL. Previous positions at Dream11 include Engineering Manager for the Revenue Squad and contributions as a Software Development Engineer, where Anuj enhanced backend systems and data pipelines. Anuj's earlier experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at BookMyShow, where optimization of payment tracking was a key focus, and a Consultant role at Capgemini, developing inventory management solutions. Anuj holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
