Peter

Peter Ma has over 30 years of experience in hardware design and engineering. Peter currently serves as the Principal Systems Design Engineer at DreamBig Semiconductor Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Intel Corporation as an Engineering Manager for six years. Before their time at Intel, Peter held the position of Senior Hardware Developer at Ericsson. Peter also spent a significant portion of their career at Intel, where they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer in the NVM Solutions Group. Peter has additional experience as a Principal Engineer at Zeugma Systems Inc and Agilent Technologies, where they specialized in hardware design. Peter began their career as a Member of Technical Staff at MPR Teltech Limited, focusing on audio encoding and digital subscriber interface circuits. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in FPGA platforms, ASIC emulation, component validation, and high-speed computing blade design. Peter has received recognition for their contributions to digital video testing and possesses in-depth knowledge of various industry standards and protocols.

Peter Ma attended The University of British Columbia from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on the Computer Option.
