Ashley Laver

Ashley Laver's work experience begins in 2009 as a Teacher at Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Carolina Swims Foundation as the Director of Marketing and Development, responsible for research, cultivating partnerships, leading board meetings, and managing volunteers. In 2019, Ashley joined DreamBox Learning as a Professional Development Specialist, providing high-quality training and support to educators. Ashley then became a Senior Professional Development Specialist in 2020 and later transitioned to the role of Regional Account Manager in 2021. In this role, Ashley collaborates with various teams to ensure an exceptional experience for schools and districts using DreamBox, positively impacting expansion and revenue growth.

Ashley Laver began their education journey at George Mason University from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Elementary Education. Ashley then transferred to the College of Education at East Carolina University from 2007 to 2009, where they focused on Child Development and Family Relations within the Elementary Education field. In 2012, Ashley obtained certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
