Stephanie McGrath is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as the National Director of Employee Relations at Dreamfields Brands, Inc. since September 2021, responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle human resource functions for a staff of 300, facilitating recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance processes.
