Shannon Le is a professional with diverse experience in sports and events management. Currently serving as the Testing Operations Manager at the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit since May 2023 and also contributing as part of the BYOC Help Desk & Security Support for DreamHack at multiple events throughout 2023 and 2024. Shannon's previous roles at Generation Esports included League Operations Manager and Customer Success lead among others, demonstrating a strong background in account management and customer service. Earlier experiences include positions at NAIA and Kansas City Master Companies, as well as internships with notable organizations like Orlando City SC and Kansas City Chiefs, showcasing a breadth of expertise in operations and marketing. Shannon holds a degree in Parks, Recreation & Tourism with a focus on Sport Management and Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
