Josh H. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Josh started their career at Kaiser Permanente in April 2014 as a Technical Support Representative and worked there until November 2015. In November 2015, they joined DreamHost as a Technical Support and held this position until November 2018. From November 2018 to November 2019, they worked as a Technical Support II at DreamHost. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Analyst at DreamHost in November 2019 and remained in this position until September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Experience Lead at DreamHost, starting in September 2022.
