Lucas Mozaniel

Lucas Mozaniel began their work experience in 2011 as a Designer de Anúncios Jornalísticos at Jornal do Sudeste, where they designed newspaper advertisements and eventually took on the role of managing the structure and page design of the entire journal. Lucas also controlled the journal's social media and online posts. In 2012, they joined Academia UNI Atlética as an Administrative Assistant until 2014. At Grupo South do Brasil, they worked as a Sales Telemarketing representative, selling cellphone and network plans, TV channel packages, and managing new customer accounts. In 2015, they became a Senior Bilingual Advisor at Conduent, providing third-party support for a technology brand and addressing hardware and software issues. Additionally, they escalated cases to an engineering sector in the United States for advanced resolutions. From 2012 to 2017, Lucas also worked as a Youtuber, creating and releasing edited gameplay videos on their own channel. Most recently, they joined DreamHost in 2018 as an International Customer Service Representative, offering technical support through email and live chat for managed web servers and troubleshooting websites, particularly WordPress. Lucas approaches customers humbly and prioritizes their needs for the best service, performance, and project experience.

Lucas Mozaniel completed their elementary and high school education at Colegio Sagrado Coração de Jesus from 1998 to 2009. In 2017, they enrolled in Fatec Carapicuíba, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills. Lucas is expected to graduate from Fatec Carapicuíba in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Lucas Mozaniel has obtained several certifications. Notably, they received a certificate in Resilience Strategies for Optimal Performance from LinkedIn in October 2022.
