ThuAn Do has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. ThuAn began their career as a Business Support and Optimization Analyst at Experian, where they analyzed business queries and resolved issues related to fraud prevention products. ThuAn then worked at Tek Experts as a Configuration Engineer and later as a NASE Engineer, where they analyzed and managed technical requests and troubleshooted integration issues. ThuAn then joined ProCredit Bank as an IT Business Analyst, leading the analysis of Internet Banking and Core Banking systems. ThuAn then moved on to MCO (MyComplianceOffice) as a Senior Product Owner, overseeing critical functionalities and managing the project pipeline. Currently, ThuAn is working at Dreamix as a Product Lead, driving excellence and innovation within the organization's product community and mentoring fellow Product Owners.

ThuAn Do has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics and Management from Fatih University, obtained from 2014 to 2015. ThuAn also holds another Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics from the University of National and World Economy, completed from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, ThuAn attended Sofia High School of Mathematics from 2006 to 2011, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including Agile Planning for Software Products, Reviews & Metrics for Software Improvements, and Client Needs and Software Requirements from Coursera. ThuAn also has certifications in PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)/Certification Preparation Training from ITCE and Practitioner Scrum Master from AgilePool. ThuAn has obtained certifications such as 201 CLM Essentials Certification, 201 CPQ Product Certification Level 1, and 202 CPQ Product Certification Level 2 from Apttus. ThuAn is also a certified CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) holder from Cambridge Assessment.
