Michael Dingwall is an accomplished manufacturing and production leader with extensive experience in the furniture and bedding industry. Currently serving as the Director of Production and Quality at Dreams since March 2022, Michael oversees a management team and approximately 250 employees, focusing on supplier relationships to ensure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Prior roles include Production Director at Dams Furniture, Manufacturing Director at Harrison Spinks Ltd., and Manufacturing Manager at Silentnight Brands, where Michael drove improvements in safety, cost, quality, and delivery. With a foundational career beginning as a Graduate Management Trainee at Silentnight Beds, Michael has methodically ascended through various roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Michael holds an MSc in Manufacturing Leadership from Lancaster University and a degree from the University of Hull.
