Darla R. has extensive work experience in interior design and management roles. Darla most recently served as the Vice President of Design at Dreamscape Companies, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Interior Design at Resorts World Las Vegas from May 2020 to April 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Interior Design at Klai Juba Wald Architects and Interiors from April 2018 to May 2020 and at Cleo Design from September 2017 to May 2020.

Darla also has experience at Las Vegas Sands Corp., where they worked as an Interior Design Manager from March 2016 to September 2017. Darla previously worked as a Senior Interior Designer at DSAA Interiors / Steelman Partners from January 2014 to March 2016 and as an Interior Design Project Manager/Senior Interior Designer at Tandem from January 2012 to November 2013.

Darla's work history also includes a significant tenure at MGM Resorts International, where they served as the Interior Design Manager from May 2007 to August 2011 and as a Senior Interior Designer from May 2001 to May 2007.
