David also worked as a System Administrator at American Medical Response from 2004 to 2007, where they installed and supported network operating systems and mobile data transfer systems.

David H. obtained an ITIL V3 2011 Foundations degree from Fruition Partners in 2012. David has also acquired various certifications, including Cloud Computing Foundations from Coursera in 2023 and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2022 Certified Foundations Associate from Oracle in 2022.
