Simon Jeffers

Simon Jeffers is an experienced Senior Production Technician currently working with Dreamtek since August 2022, specializing as an AV Technician on assignment at Meta. With a prominent background at Virgin Media Television since June 2017, Simon operates studio cameras and lighting for various programs, while also serving as a freelance graphics operator. As a Director and Vision Mixer for Nemeton TV since January 2019, responsibilities include managing broadcast outputs for events at Croke Park. Freelance work includes directing and mixing broadcasts for the Oireachtas Broadcast Unit through Pi Communications and collaborating on live streams with Greencastle Media Group. Simon's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Broadcast Production from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, complemented by degrees in Psychology and Science from The Open University and University College Dublin, respectively.
