Rebecca Mark-Jusbasche is an independent investment executive with more than 30 years of experience in creating and leading infrastructure development projects around the globe. They currently serve as Chairman of Dredgit Corporation and as President of Resource Development Partners. Their past leadership roles include Chairman and CEO of Enron International (1992-1998) and Chairman and CEO of Azurix (1998-2000), and they formed Enron Development Corp, serving as CEO after Harvard Business School. They earned a BA and MIM in Psychology and International Business from Baylor University (1974-1977), studied Psychology at William Jewell College (1972-1974), and completed an MBA with Distinction at Harvard Business School (1988-1990).
