Mark Sear

Mark Sear is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in AI solutions engineering and data strategy. Currently the Director of AI Solutions Engineering at A.P. Moller - Maersk, they are focused on delivering innovative AI opportunities across the organization. Previously, Mark held a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Data Officer at EMC and Head of Data Insight at Sisense, where they drove significant advancements in data analytics and business intelligence. Mark's career spans multiple sectors and geographies, and they have contributed to the development of pioneering data architectures and solutions. They are a co-founder of Inteligex, an AI trading solution, and have a diverse educational background, including programs at Singularity University and the University of Oxford.
