Robyn Longfellow

Robyn Longfellow-Wellbrock, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience at Dremio, a company specializing in Unified Analytics and data operations. Prior to this, Robyn held significant roles at CommScope as a Global HR Business Partner for Corporate Business Functions and as Sr. Program Management Director, overseeing HR for thousands of employees worldwide. Robyn's career also includes leadership positions at ARRIS, where management of post-acquisition HR integration took place, and Brocade, where responsibilities spanned global recruitment and people operations. Earlier roles in HR and technical recruiting were undertaken at McDATA, Knowledge Workers, and Charles Schwab. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in TV/Radio Broadcast and Applied Communications from the University of Lynchburg.
