Drescher Consulting GmbH is a medium-sized management consultancy focusing on consulting, project management and academy. In order to generate the greatest possible competitive advantage for our customers, we rely on a combination of all three areas.

Consulting - We rely on interdisciplinary expertise and extensive management experience to develop innovative concepts.

Project management - Our consultants support our clients with goal-oriented approaches in structuring, organizing and managing the various project phases. 

Academy - In our Academy we offer training courses to enable your employees in methods of quality management, sampling or problem-solving techniques.

Since our foundation in 2007, we have already carried out more than 200 projects in various industries. Our customer base includes large and small, regional, and global companies ranging from the automotive industry, the construction industry, medical technology sector to the energy industry. 

Sustainability is important to us. For us, this means socially responsible management in accordance with the four pillars: people, profit, planet, pattern. The aim is to make internal processes sustainable and to pass on this knowledge in our projects.
