Previously, they held positions at Morgan Joseph, SMH Capital, Glocap Advisors, and several other firms, focusing on M&A and financial services. Mitchell earned a B.A. in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and has an M.B.A. from NYU's Stern School of Business.
