Phil Linturn

Phil Linturn is the Managing Director at Dress Code, where they focus on strategically growing and diversifying the client base and creative offering while maintaining client satisfaction and team development. They previously served as Executive Producer at Carbon (2015–2019), responsible for establishing a foothold for the brand in a new market, including creative strategy, generating all primary business relationships, building production pipelines and workflows, implementing technical infrastructure, overseeing marketing and PR, and expansion into new markets. They were Managing Director at Glassworks Amsterdam (2010–2014) and COO of Glassworks (2014–2015), overseeing the London, Amsterdam and Barcelona studios and contributing to growth and diversification of offerings. Earlier roles included Executive Producer at Glassworks London (2006–2009) and Graphic Designer at Condé Nast Publications' GQ Magazine (2002), with a Recruitment Coordinator role at VSO (2001–2002), and their education includes Foundation Studies, Art & Design at Worcester Technical College of Art and Design (1995–1996) and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from The Nottingham Trent University (1996–1999).
