The Drew Ross Memorial Foundation honors the legacy of CPT Andrew "Drew" Patrick Ross. Green Beret, teammate, son, brother, husband, and uncle. Killed in action in Afghanistan on November 27, 2018.

Teamwork is our cornerstone. The vision and intent behind all we do is to be the light where Drew cannot, sparking healing, resilience, and leadership excellence in today's warriors and tomorrow's leaders.

We support veterans, Gold Star families, and survivors through programs focused on recovery, reintegration, and leadership development.

Our Flag Building program pairs Drew's father, Stephen Ross, with service members from the STAR Program at the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (formerly known as McGuire VA Hospital) in Richmond, Virginia. In Stephen's woodshop, they build handcrafted American flags together. It's recreational therapy rooted in what Drew and Stephen always shared: the belief that healing happens alongside teammates, with something real to build. Alongside Flag Building, we host the annual Legacy Ruck & Roll in Richmond and present the CPT Drew Ross Leadership Award to leaders who carry his character forward.

Drew's family was never limited to bloodline. Neither is ours. If you served with him, knew him, or simply believe in what he stood for, you have a seat at this table.
