Arjun Batra

Arjun Batra is the Chairman of Drewry Shipping Consultants Ltd, a global leader in maritime research and advisory services, with a footprint in London, Delhi, Singapore and Shanghai. They currently serve as Director at Anchor SM (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (since 2014) and as Managing Director of North South Maritime (since 1997), overseeing M&A, finance advisory and restructuring, and the corporate and commercial management of ships for investors. Their prior roles included Non Executive Director at LNG Unlimited (2012–2020) and Digital Ship (2002–2020), and Chief Financial Officer at Stelmar Tankers Limited (1992–1996) as well as Chief Operating Officer at easyJet (1994–1996). They earned an MSc from Bayes Business School (1987–1988) and a Master Mariner from Cork Institute of Technology (1986).
