Daniela Ghimp

Daniela Ghimp is a consultant specializing in container shipping markets at Drewry Shipping Consultants Ltd since November 2021. Previously, Daniela served as a student ambassador at The University of Huddersfield from October 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included sharing insights on student life to prospective students. Daniela undertook an internship with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics North America between August 2019 and March 2020, contributing to the Ocean Pricing Team and enhancing Spot Pricing reporting. Experience with Covéa Insurance provided insight into the insurance industry in June 2018. Additionally, Daniela held roles as a course representative and vice president of the Economics Society at Huddersfield Students' Union from February 2017 to May 2018. Daniela holds a BSc in Economics from The University of Huddersfield, completed in 2021, and a high school diploma from Liceul Teoretic Orizont, awarded in 2017.
