Benjamin Bowman, MA, CSM, is an experienced professional in customer training and knowledge management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Training & Knowledge Management at DrFirst, Inc. since April 2024. Prior roles include leadership positions at Myndshft, where responsibilities encompassed customer training, talent management, and project management, as well as project management at GPS Insight. Benjamin's extensive background in education includes serving as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where coursework and faculty training were facilitated.
