Frank Easterling

Frank Easterling is an experienced technical support and security operations professional with a diverse background in information technology and emergency ordnance disposal. Currently serving as a Tier 1 Technical Support representative at DrFirst, Inc. since March 2023, Frank has previously worked as a Security Operations Specialist at Insight Global and a Technical Support Analyst at Coursedog. Additional experience includes client support roles at Transact Campus Inc., where Frank held both Client Support Specialist and Tier 2 Client Support Specialist positions. Frank served in the US Army for nearly a decade as an EOD Team Leader, responsible for the safe handling and destruction of explosive ordnance, and provided technical guidance and administrative support.
