John Sabin

John Sabin serves as the Director at Maui Land & Pineapple since July 2022, where responsibilities include chairing the Compensation Committee and participating as a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. In addition, John has been a Board of Directors Member at DrFirst, Inc. since February 2016, chairing both the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. As CFO for Revolution LLC and Case Foundation since May 2011, John's extensive experience includes serving as Trustee for Hersha Hospitality Trust from November 2003 to November 2023 and directing the Audit Committee for Condor Hospitality Trust from February 2012 to May 2019. Other notable positions include Trustee at Prime Group Realty Trust, CFO & General Counsel at Phoenix Health Systems, and CFO at Hudson Hotels Corporation. John holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Doctor of Law, and a Master of Accountancy in Financial Accounting, all from Brigham Young University, where studies were completed between 1978 and 1982.
