Suzanne Richards

Suzanne Richards has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Suzanne is currently working as a Senior Director of Account Management at DrFirst, Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategy at Benchworks. Before joining Benchworks, Suzanne served as a Senior Director of Client Services at POCN. Suzanne also has experience as a Senior Account Director at WebMD Mobile Connections, Marketing Director at Alere, Inc., and in client services at Synchrony Healthcare Group. Their career began as a Product Manager at Cephalon.

Suzanne Richards earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/German from Saint Joseph's University between 1994 and 1998. In 2021, they obtained a Nano Degree in Data Science from Udacity. Currently, Suzanne is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health at Maryland University of Integrative Health, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
