Thomas Sullivan

Thomas "e" Sullivan, MD, serves as the Chief Strategic Officer at DrFirst.com, Inc. since 2004, focusing on e-Prescribing, Health IT development, education for healthcare professionals, and advocacy for clinical IT improvement at various levels. Past roles include Alternate Delegate at the American Medical Association and leadership in the Council on Medical Service, as well as CEO of Women’s Health Center Cardiology, where direct patient care was provided from 2000 to 2012. As Past Chairman of Tobacco Free Massachusetts, Sullivan was involved in initiatives aimed at tobacco control and smoking cessation. Additionally, Sullivan held the position of President of the Massachusetts Medical Society from 2003 to 2004, representing 23,000 physicians. Educational achievements include an MD from Thomas Jefferson University and an AB in French from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by a certificate from the Université Paris-Sorbonne.
