Todd Esarey

Todd Esarey is an experienced professional in network operations and incident management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Incident Response at DrFirst, Inc. since July 2022. In this role, Todd leads a team of seven and acts as the primary liaison between the NOC and various departments, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through the development of key policies. Prior to DrFirst, Todd had a successful 20-year career at Papa John's International, where positions included Lead of Incident and Change Management, Technical Services Manager for the NOC and Data Center, and Application Analyst. Todd's extensive background is characterized by a commitment to minimizing business disruptions through effective incident resolution and cross-functional collaboration. Educational qualifications include attendance at Trinity High School, the University of Louisville, and Sullivan University.
