Tyler Higgins

Tyler Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tyler is currently the Director of Product Management at DrFirst, Inc. starting from June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cerner Corporation from 2012 to 2022, holding various roles including Manager | Product Management, Senior Product Manager, Manager | Lead Solution Designer, Team Lead | Senior Solution Designer, and Sr. Solution Designer. Tyler also has experience in the healthcare field, working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Children's Mercy Kansas City from 2007 to 2021, and as a Laboratory Coordinator and Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist during their time there.

Tyler Higgins has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and General Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011. Tyler also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from the University of Central Missouri, which they obtained between 2002 and 2007. In addition to their degrees, they have received certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2020 and Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP-MLS) from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in May 2007.
