Ben Akins

Ben Akins is a C-130H Pilot Simulator Instructor with over 20 years of experience in flight operations, exercise planning, and program management. Having served nearly five years on the Air Staff at the Pentagon, Ben demonstrated expertise in Department of Defense Joint Requirements integration and held various leadership positions in military operations. They commanded an operations support squadron and an expeditionary combat airlift squadron, managing significant personnel and resources effectively. Ben also contributed to educational programs as a Senior Aerospace Science Instructor at multiple high schools. Currently, they serve on the Board of Advisors for The Bolat Group, focusing on strategic consulting in the defense sector.
