Chad Paulus

Chad Paulus began their work experience in 1993 as a Fire Controlman in the US NAVY. Chad held various positions including Seaman to Admiral-21, Student Naval Flight Officer, and Naval Flight Officer. In 2012, they became the Crew Resource Management Instructional Model Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Contract Instructor at Cubic Corporation. In 2018, they joined Delaware Resource Group as a Contract Instructor.

Chad Paulus received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of North Florida from 2004 to 2006.
