Melissa McCowan

Melissa McCowan has extensive work experience in the field of training system support and management. Melissa currently holds the position of Training System Support Center (TSSC) Operations Manager for the T-38 Program at Delaware Resource Group since May 2022. Prior to this, Melissa worked at FlightSafety International for over two decades. From September 2018 to June 2022, they served as the Training System Support Center (TSSC) Manager. Before their role as a manager, Melissa worked as a Configuration & Data Management Specialist from November 1999 to September 2018.

Melissa McCowan's education history includes obtaining an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Oklahoma State College between 2004 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Oklahoma State University from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Business Operations Support and Assistant Services.
