Mike Julch

Mike Julch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and military operations. Currently serving as the Corporate Program Manager at Delaware Resource Group since February 2025, Mike previously held the position of Director of Strategic Programs at Long Wave from October 2010 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing 55 personnel across 18 programs supporting various Navy systems and sustaining communication and technical manuals for complex platforms. Prior experience includes leadership roles in the US Navy, notably as Officer In Charge at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Strategic Communication Unit, and as a communicator at the USSTRATCOM Global Operations Center. Mike's early career encompassed various positions within the Navy, managing communication systems and personnel across multiple submarines and naval projects. A graduate of Thomas Edison State University with a BA in History/Political Science, Mike has consistently been recognized for outstanding program management and customer support throughout a distinguished career.
