Nick Kaiser

Nick Kaiser, PMP, is a Program Manager with a strong background in Naval Aviation. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Nick has managed high-stakes operations, including serving as a Senior Naval Science Instructor at Capitol Hill High School, where they mentored future leaders in the NJROTC program from 2009 to 2023. Prior to that, Nick held significant positions in the US Navy, where they excelled as a Mission Commander and Airborne Communications Officer across several squadrons, including VQ-3 and VQ-4. Nick also recently transitioned to a role as a Corporate Program Manager at Delaware Resource Group in 2024, after serving as a Program Manager at Learfield IMG College Seating. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
