Colton Driver is currently the Special Privacy Counsel at Nissan North America, Inc. and Chair of DRI’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Committee for the 2024-2026 term. With prior experience as an Associate at Bass, Berry & Sims and a Senior Associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, Colton has developed expertise in data privacy and technology law. Colton previously served as Vice Chair of DRI’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee and worked as an Attorney at Rogers Lewis Jackson Mann & Quinn, LLC. Colton earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, also summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
