Thomas Foley, CAE, has extensive work experience in various membership and customer development roles. Thomas most recently worked at DRI as Vice President of Engagement, where they were responsible for strategic leadership in member/customer development and engagement. Prior to that, they served as Senior Director of Membership at DRI, overseeing the revamping of the membership model to drive engagement globally and implementing enhanced governance measures.

Thomas Foley, CAE, earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from Loras College from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Loyola Academy from 1990 to 1994, although the degree and field of study obtained during this period are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Thomas Foley obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in January 2008. Thomas obtained this certification twice from the same institution.
