Jon Belsky is a design leader with over 15 years of experience in product design, UX strategy, and design operations. They have successfully driven significant growth at various organizations, including leading a design overhaul that achieved 10x revenue growth at Pond5 and spearheading digital transformation initiatives at Madison Square Garden Company. Currently, Jon holds the position of Principal Designer at Dribbble and has served as an advisor at Langsmart.
