Manu Caldas has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Manu is currently the Co-Founder of Bloome, a company that focuses on providing advanced and personalized aesthetic dermatology services through a digitally-connected experience. Manu aims to revolutionize cosmetic dermatology by prioritizing patient education and natural-looking results.

In 2020, Manu Caldas worked as an Investor for Treinta, a mobile app that replaces the physical transaction book used by micro and small businesses in LATAM. Manu was also an Investor for Kippa in 2021, a mobile app that digitizes record-keeping for African SMBs.

In 2017, Caldas co-founded Dribo, a startup that disrupts the process of obtaining a driving license by offering a 100% mobile and more affordable option. Manu was the CFO and Co-Founder of ÖSMA in 2016, another startup venture.

Manu Caldas attended Esade from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in March 2016, they obtained a certification in Investment Funds Course from ISEFi - Instituto Superior de Empresa y Finanzas. In February 2016, Manu completed the Business Angels Academy program from ESADE Business & Law School.
