Bart Sonntag

Bart Sonntag has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bart currently works at Drieam as a Customer Success Manager since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Lead Digital Transition at GGzE from November 2021 to October 2022. Bart also served as the Head of Customer Support at stichd from December 2020 to September 2021.

Before transitioning to the tech industry, Bart gained significant experience at Philips, where they held various roles. Bart started as a Consumer Care Data Analyst from June 2013 to January 2015. Bart then served as a Customer Service Swim Lane Owner | Quality System from February 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, they were a Consumer Care Manager for Age & Caregiving from February 2019 to June 2020. Bart's most recent role at Philips was as a Consumer Care Manager for the department of Beauty and Pain Relief, where they had a broad range of responsibilities including call center training, market analysis, and stakeholder management. Bart worked in this role from February 2015 to November 2020.

Earlier in their career, Bart had experience at the Ministerie van Economische Zaken as part of the Uitvoering Dienst Regelingen from January 2011 to May 2013. Bart also had an internship as a Criminologist at the Openbaar Ministerie Maastricht in July 2010.

Bart Sonntag has a diverse educational background. Bart first attended BCS Roermond from 1999 to 2005 to complete their VWO, which is the Dutch pre-university education. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociale Psychologie at Tilburg University between 2005 and 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Bart enrolled at Tilburg University again, from 2008 to 2009, to pursue a Master of Science degree in Social and Economic Psychology. Finally, they attended Maastricht University in 2009 and 2010 to obtain a Master of Laws degree with a focus on Forensica, Criminologie en Rechtspleging.
