Gaston Vaessen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gaston is the Co-Founder and CEO of Drieam, an EdTech company that focuses on improving the employability of learners. Prior to this, they worked at Océ - A Canon Company as a Portfolio Director, where they were responsible for establishing Canon's roll-to-roll Graphic Arts portfolio. Gaston also held the role of International Product Manager at Canon, where they successfully launched a new product line and achieved annual revenue of over €70M. Gaston also has experience as a Strategy Consultant and Project Manager at Canon, where they contributed to improving industrialization and innovation processes. Before that, they were a Partner at Poelgeest & Vaessen resultancy. Gaston started their career as a Senior Consultant at UniPartners Eindhoven and also worked as a Software Developer on a freelance basis. Gaston has teaching experience at Eindhoven University of Technology and has previously held administrative roles at Vaessen Partyservice.
Gaston Vaessen's education history begins in 1999 when they attended College Rolduc for their Gymnasium - Natuur & Techniek field of study. Gaston then went on to Eindhoven University of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 2005 to 2008. Concurrently, in 2007 to 2008, they also pursued a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Tilburg University.
