Karyn Clark

Karyn Clark, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Driehaus Capital Management LLC, a position held since May 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources programs, establishing policies, and advising management and employees on HR practices. Previously, Karyn worked as a Sr. HR Generalist at Sargent & Lundy, LLC from December 2007 to April 2017, providing guidance on employee relations and assisting with recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Delta Dental of Michigan, managing labor relations and retirement plans, and as HR Director at St. Vincent Catholic Charities, involved in union negotiations and workplace investigations. Karyn holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's College.
