With over a decade of experience in business development and relationship management within the investment management industry, McAvoy has previously held positions as Regional Director at both J O Hambro Capital Management and TFS Capital, where they focused on building client relationships and driving investment product awareness. McAvoy began their career in retail services at Vanguard, earning recognition as a top asset generator. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Philadelphia University.
