Aad Koster is an experienced board member currently serving as the Chair of the Nederlandse Vereniging van Toezichthouders in Zorg en Welzijn (NVTZ) and on the board of Social Services Europe. With a strong background in non-profit management and healthcare, Aad has held various leadership roles, including Chairman of the European Ageing Network and Vice-Chair of multiple organizations focused on care and welfare. They hold a degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and are dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in need of care.
