Drifting Desk is a solo operations consultancy registered in the US, serving international clients.

I go into businesses, fix what's broken, build what's missing, and leave when the job's done. I don't advise from the sidelines. I embed with the team, set up the operational backbone, hire and train the right people, and hand everything back running.

My last engagement was 3.5 years with a German SaaS company where I built a 17-person remote team across Sri Lanka, Egypt, and Bangladesh. 

The one before that was 2 years with a UK media company where I launched their marketplace platform and managed teams across 6 countries.

I also run Kavemen, a cosmetics brand I started 12 years ago. That taught me supply chain, production, sourcing, and negotiation in ways consulting never could.
