Dan Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dan started their career as an intern at INITIALS Marketing, where they worked as an Account Executive for a brief period. Dan then worked as a Freelance Brand Ambassador before moving on to roles in healthcare and social impact organizations.

At St Paul's Way Medical Centre, Dan was involved in community outreach and managed volunteer events as part of the 'Health Champions' program. Dan also served as an Innovation Consultant for Guy's and St. Thomas' Charity, where they explored innovative models of health care volunteering.

Dan later joined Year Here, a year-long program focused on solving societal issues. Dan completed a five-month frontline placement to understand key issues in organizations and then worked on a two-month consultancy project with a large organization to address wider societal challenges. Dan then rejoined Koru Kids as a Software Engineer, responsible for building tools and integrations to support the day-to-day operations of childminders and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.

In 2017, Dan participated in a program called Year Here, where they studied Social Innovation for a year. Most recently, in 2021, they attended Makers and studied Computer Software Engineering.
