Michael Bloom is a seasoned petroleum engineer and upstream oil and gas project manager with extensive experience in deepwater operations. After a tenure at BHP Billiton as a drilling manager and engineering supervisor, Michael founded H2R Consulting, providing strategic consulting in Argentina. Currently, as the Regional Director of Operations at DRILTEK, they lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling and completions projects across multiple states and countries, aiming to optimize operations and manage client resources efficiently.
